Throughout my career I have worked with multicultural teams in various locations across Germany and the UK with an emphasis on Implementation of Treasury & Finance related IT Systems. Combined with an in-depth experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Management Information I developed a cross-functional skillset allowing me to quickly assess existing processes, identify potential areas of improvement and taking appropriate steps for their optimization. This skillset allowed me to make the exciting transition from large and medium sized financial industry into a small Software Development Start Up with High Growth potential where I was able to apply my previous expertise to lay the cornerstones and shape a scalable Finance function with a focus on digitization and automation.
